Boring blog!
Yay! I met up with the infamous 26/02 girls today. What can I say? FAB-ULOUS! FANN-TASTIC! FUNNY! The girls are as ever. The most jovial people you were ever find in this whole wide world. I love you, babes! Had fun at the KTV session even though I could only fulfill my Sun Yan Zi concert fetish. Nevertheless, I had great fun. I will never ever forget how I pronounced Marcorina as Marcoronie. Sigh. Marcorina. Marcorina. Marcorina. Marcorina. Marcorina. Okay, I remember now.
Anyway, I am a little sick of Orchard now. I have been to nowhere but Orchard since my exams ended. Oh gosh! Take me away. Anywhere but Orchard. I want to go Europe. I want and am dying to. Eating sausages and drinking beer with the Germans. View the Berlin Wall. Go to OctoberFest! But now I can only do it in my dreams. Dream, dream, dream...
I am so bored that I am having a writer's block now. Sorry for the super duper boring entry. I am bored. I feel like going to Wala Wala again. But it is closed for renovation now. Nowhere to go. Nothing to do. I promised to blog 2 times a day. So here I am - the first step. Okie, I have really ran out of things to write. Ciao!
Belt. Wala Wala.
I went to town on Thursday. Had my eyebrow trimmed and did some shopping. I think I practically walked the entire Orchard Road. And one word to describe it - BORING!!! Singapore is really boring. You see the same thing everywhere and everyone wearing the same style. Oh please! When will Singaporeans change? Everybody is wearing the same frilly mini-skirts and T-shirt style. Practically every kid I saw in town. Okay, I think I am kind of irritated by them cos the entire Orchard is overwhelmed with these kids. You can't even walk properly without bumping and knocking into someone. Irritating! Anyway, I bought this belt from ProjectShop. There were several nice colours. Pink, green, black and blue. I could not make up my mind on which colour to buy because I wanted to match my PeaceAngel pants and my white skirt. So in the end, I bought the green one because I thought it would match my pants better. Then, when I went home to try, I realised that the loop of my pants were to small to fit the belt in. Argh! I should have bought the pink one then, so that it would match my minis better. Anyway, green is also not bad. Unique belt! I love it!
Met up with my LTB group-mates on Friday. It was a long planned event. Anxiously anticipating. We were supposed to go for a buffet, watch a movie, sing ktv and go clubbing. But, in the end we only went for a meal at The Coffee Club and clubbing. Ohhh! I had this TRIPLE MUD PIE and CHOCOLATE FONDUE... Yummy! What can I say? It was heavenly! Besides, I did not have to pay a single cent. Haha. We used the leftover funds from the LTB project. Then, Eliz, Shinglei and I went for a mini-shopping trip while the rest went to play pool. What can I say? FUN! And Eliz did something that touched me. I told her that I regretted not buying the pink belt. Then when we went into ProjectShop, she wanted to buy the pink belt also so that we can exchange when I feel like it. That was so sweet. I had never shared clothes (or belts) with any friends. But in the end, she did not buy because the pink belt was out of stock for the S size. But, anyway, I was glad because of what Eliz did.
Then, we went to meet the rest of the dudes to go drinking. We went to this bar at Holland Village - Wala Wala. At first I thought it was like Zouk or ChinaBlack - you know with the usual crowd and teenagers. BUT, I was wrong. Wala Wala was a bar, with a grand piano at the mini-stage and a place for live band. The ambience was cozy and nice. Anyway, the minimum age limit was 20 or 21 years and above. I couldn't remember. Me, of course was underaged. But, we still managed to make our way through. Hehe... There were quite a number of SMU people. Seniors, of course. But the majority of the crowd were middle-class working aged people. NICE! Eliz, William and I shared a jug of Hoegarden. One for one. Nice! But, I had a terrible bout of hiccup before I even finished half the glass. It did not help that the bartender kept refilling my glass. It was really, really enjoyable. Sitting there and chilling out with my friends. The second band of the day was FAN-TASTIC! You rock! I got a little high despite my hiccup-ing all the way. We sat there listening to the band and digging out dirty little secrets from some people. Muahaha. Funny. We only left the bar at around 1.30am. Then went for supper with the dudes. I thought I was going to die from severe hiccup-ing. Walau! Seriously, it was none stop. But, I really had an enjoyable day with them. Looking forward to out next outing, though!
Ciao, ciao!
PS. Sis, is Smallville in French? Or can you select the language? Is it DVD? My lappy cannot read DVD... If it is cheap then should buy, okay? Smallville rocks!
Sleep!
I am so bored. Planned to either hit the gym or swim today but due to some unfortunate circumstance - which I don't feel like mentioning, I changed my plans. I slept in. For the whole day. What a great way to start my holidays. (Note the sarcasm, please) Anyway, I am getting sick and tired of my old blog skin. So, I decided to upgrade and refurnish my blog. It is now in pink, sweet, sweet pink. I know it is ultimately girlish but what to do? I am a girl, not yet a woman! Haha. At least, I feel much more motivated to blog now. What else did I do? Nothing. Eat, sleep, eat, sleep... I am a very much sleep deprived person, in case you don't know.
Maybe I will feel motivated to step out of the house tomorrow to hit town. Maybe. I am just plain lazy to dress up, put on contact lens and walk to the MRT Station. If I ever get to town tomorrow, I will visit the Anna Sui lady at Citylink to get my eyebrows done. If I ever leave the house tomorrow, I will get my bank passbook done. If I ever wake up in time tomorrow, I will go shopping. My shopping list for now? Some Tee-shirts, a belt, contact lens.
Okie. Shall stop here. My life is dull and uninteresting. Sleep away!
Finished the crap!
Yay! My exams are finally over. Even though I only have one written exams - FA. I have been studying Financial Accounting for the past 3 weeks and finally it is over! No more worries about whether Balance Sheet will balance a not, no need to worry about debiting and crediting the wrong account! Yay, yay! I have been looking forward to this day for so long. I have so much things that I look forward to doing... Let me list down one by one.
(1) Swim like a fish! Yes. Go swimming. Haven't been swimming for like 2 months. Time to stretch those muscles.
(2) Gym-ing. I want to run on the treadmill. Break out in sweat. Lift some weights. Kick some ass!
(3) Go shopping. I have been curbing the shopaholism in me for so long. Time to hit Orchard Road once again! Looking forward to buy some new Tee-shirts.
(4) Go KTV-ing. And who do I look to? Sindy! Looking forward to singing my heart out and my Stefanie concert. Heehee...
(5) Watch movies. So many great movies to watch. Shutter. Bridget Jones Diary 2. The Polar Express. The Incredibles. Yay!
(6) Catch up with my long-lost friends. Namely 26/02 gals, Shiyun, Debra the not so long-lost Tri-cycle-rians. Buffet! Yay!
(7) Play piano. Even though my playing sucks now, I still feel so inspired to play the piano. The only pieces that I can remember by heart now is Marriage D'Armour and Sonatina in C. I still suck in Sonatina in G, even though it is my favourite tune. Clementine, you rock!
(8) Read! Be it CLEO or Female or a good old novel. Nothing beats the joy of reading.
(9) Sleep! I like to sleep! But I am so denied of sleep. Have been having disrupted and bad quality sleep for week. I have been going to bed past 3am everyday and not dozing of until 6am in the morning. Meaning I have been lying on bed trying to sleep, but ended up wasting 3 hours of precious sleep time. This is the worst feeling you can get. Especially when it is already 6am and you haven't caught a wink. And knowing that you have to wake up in less than 4 hours time to start mugging again.
(10) Make my bank passbook. My mum and dad have been nagging at me for weeks. I overspent by so much that my bank passbook has already been long used up...
Okie. That's all, folks! Ciao!
Sleep. Tri-cycle-rians. Stefanie Sun.
I am feeling damned tired now. I haven't felt this way for a very long time. My biological clock is completely screwed up. No matter how hard I try, I can't get to sleep before 5am... I am not kidding. I go to sleep between 2-3am everyday... But I will only fall asleep hours later. How do I know? Because when I am about to doze off, I can always hear the crows squawking away. Damned tired. I have barely 4 hours of sleep a day... Always have to wake up at around 8am to go to school for all those bloody projects. Thanks to something called coffee, I managed to survive the day. My dark rings are comparable to those of Hello Panda now... My favourite Hello Panda! Thank goodness tomorrow will be the last, last project presentation for this semester. LTB! I love my LTB team... They are the coolest bunch of guys and best team mates you can ever find in SMU, in my opinion... Dudes... You rock my world!
I was so touched today. Went back to school for project meeting today and they bought me and Yin Chao a cake. (My birthday is just a day before Yin Chao's) Haven't felt this way for a long time... The last time a group of people bought me a cake (other than my family) and celebrated with me was like 2 years ago. That was when I was still in AJ. My coolest bunch of 26/02 mates bought me a cake (or rather the November babies) and a Pierre Cardin wallet which I am still using today. Too precious to me to lose it. Last year was an Ang-pao of $80. BUT... I lost the money on my way home... Argh! That is just so me... Anyway, back to the Tri-cycle-rians. William and Yin Chao are going to cross-dress as nurses of Dover Park Hospice, in guess what? Skirts! Wahahaa... Damn funny. Lucky they were not born girls cos they apparently lack some feminine genes in them. "Eh? Why the skirt only got one pocket?" "Why the skirt is slanted one?" Wahaha... I felt like I was in Thailand. A lot of transexuals surrounding me. Hehheh...
Anyway, I am now listening to one great album now. Stefanie Sun! My favourite Stefanie... As always, great songs, nice lyrics, beautiful tunes. What more can you ask for? One of the best album so far...
